Toddler dies from self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head
Officials say the child found the gun hidden between the mattresses of a bed in the home. She was reportedly playing with the gun when it went off and struck her in the head.

ST. LOUIS (KMOV) – A 12-year-old boy is in extremely critical condition after being shot in north St. Louis Tuesday evening.
The shooting happened in the 1700 block of Preservation shortly before 9 p.m. Homicide detectives have been called to the scene.
