Saturday Night Live skit pokes fun at East St. Louis

(KMOV.com) A skit during this past weekend’s edition of Saturday Night Live made a few jokes at the expense of Mitt Romney and East St. Louis.

In the skit, Jason Sudeikis plays Mitt Romney as he makes campaign stops across the country. Romney says during a “visit” to East St. Louis that the Metro East city makes him feel at home.

Actor Keenan Thompson, who was playing the role of mayor Alvin Parks, said in the scene that Romney was lying and called East St. Louis a “hell hole.”
