ST. LOUIS (KMOV.com)-- St. Louis Metropolitan Police have arrested a suspect for carring an AK-47 assault rifle in the Fifth District Tuesday night.
Special Operations detectives say they found Michael Littlejohn Tuesday night walking along Lee Avenue in North St. Louis, not far from Fairground Park.
Police say the 19-year-old had the rifle tucked under his shirt and ran from police when confronted. He's now charged with unlawful use of a weapon and resisting arrest.
