"I don't tell nobody, but I feel like I can be better than Michael Jordan," Crawford said, without the slightest hint of sarcasm. "When I'm done playing, I don't want people to say, Michael Jordan is the best player. I want that to be me. That's how I am. That's how I was built."
Um, what? You realize people will look at you sideways and think you're crazy for saying that, right?
"Yeah, I know that, I definitely know that. But I'm not settling for anything less," Crawford said. "I feel like I'm better than him, anyway. My mom is going to say I'm better than him."

We speculated about Bernard Berrian getting cutSunday night. On Tuesday morning, the Vikings made it official.
Minnesota waived Bernard Berrian after three and a half increasingly disappointing seasons with the Vikings, according to Jason La Canfora of NFL.com.
Any player cut after the trading deadline is subject to waivers.
Berrian was only making $1.9 million on a reduced contract this year, so it wouldn’t be a shock if he was claimed.
Something happened on Sunday that caused Berrian to become a last minute inactive against the Packers. It appears he had one last chance with the team, and he blew it.
It’s not like Berrian was helping the Vikings. He has 343 receiving yards since the start of the 2010 season.
Berrian made $23 million over the first three years of his contract. He played well in his first season with Minnesota, but is no longer the same player.
Despite that, we’d give Berrian a better chance of catching on with another NFL team than, say, Terrell Owens.
